Cancellation & Refund Policy

First time clients - LATE CANCEL (less than 12 hrs) or NO SHOWS will forfeit the class. NO REFUNDS.

Unlimited clients- LATE CANCEL (less than 12 hrs) = $25 fee. NO SHOWS = $39 fee. Credit card must be kept on file.

Single Class/Package Holders- LATE CANCEL(less than 12 hrs) forfeit the class. NO SHOWS forfeit the class & pay a $25 fee. Credit card must be kept on file.

Private session cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full rate.

All class packages are non-transferable. Refunds are eligible, however each used/missed class will be deducted at that current single class drop-in rate instead of the discounted package rate.

The Weekly Pack & The Unlimited’s are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-freezable.

Pack Freeze Policy- 1 complementary month included. $49 per additional month.

Drop-in and Intro offer classes are non-refundable, non- transferable, and non-exchangeable.

No Late Admittance into group classes

(late arrival is equivalent to a late cancel)
