Cold & Flu Season Prevention

In addition to our 12 hour cancellation policy...

Unfortunately, if you arrive for a pilates class with signs of sniffling, a fever. coughing, shortness of breath, or a runny nose etc...You will not be permitted to participate in the class.

If I’m asked to leave, do I lose my class?

Yes

This policy will also apply to our instructors. If one of our instructors is ill, we will do our best to find a substitute. If we cannot schedule a substitute instructor, the class will be cancelled and credited back to your account.

Keeping everyone happy & healthy is our priority.

Individual class buyers & package holders who LATE CANCEL will lose the class in their account. NO SHOWS will lose the class in your account AND be charged $25.


Monthly Unlimited members that don’t cancel will be charged a $39 NO SHOW & will not be given an extension to their purchased month or any additional classes.

PLEASE CANCEL YOUR CLASS ON THE APP AT THE FIRST SIGN OF SYMPTOMS OR EXPOSURE.

Policies & Guidelines

  • No late admittance. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. Doors will be locked and the rope will be in effect when the class starts (this allows us to teach a class with no disruptions). Please do not disrupt a class that is in session. At 1-2 minutes prior to the class start time, your spot will be given away to a bystander from the in studio waiting list. Late Arrivals are subject to the No-Show policy fees according to your package or membership. See below for fees.

  • Please be cognizant of date and time when scheduling your class.We understand that life happens, but in order for us to provide quality services to our community, we rely on your attendance. Therefore, the cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

  • Grip socks must be worn during class & street shoes and personal items must be left in your cubby. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

  • Jewelry must be removed prior to class, it can cause injury to you and the reformer. If you damage the reformer you will be held responsible for anything over $100 in repairs.

  • Hair-dye can be transferred to the reformers, please wear a cap if you recently colored your hair.

  • Please limit personal fragrance. We need to be mindful to those with allergies and sensitivities.

  • All retail sales are final, non-refundable, non- exchangeable and non-transferable.

  • We periodically take photos and record videos for educational purposes and social media. If you wish to not be videoed or photographed you must notify us in writing by sending an email to info@chiropilates.com

  • Class schedule and Instructors are subject to change and cancellation. Please review our schedule often and make sure to read your emails for any changes.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Always smile at CHIROPILATES, because Ring security cameras are recording.

  • Must have a credit card on file
