GROUP CLASSES & SCHEDULE

HEAL is a LEVEL 1 class. This class is designed for beginners, people who are just getting back into Pilates, and individuals that require special attention due to physical challenges. Heal will focus on alignment, stretching and strengthening, while still giving you the results that Pilates is known for. Heal will move at a slower pace while still improving your core strength, flexibility, and balance. 

ALIGN is an ALL LEVELS class designed for anyone who has confidently completed at least 5 Level 1 group reformer classes. In this class the focus will be on balance and overall core strength. This head to toe class will leave you feeling energized and powerful. 

STRENGTHEN is a LEVEL 3 class. This class moves at a faster pace and is designed for the experienced Pilates student who loves the feeling of power and strength. This class is for those who prefer a more athletic and challenging workout on the reformer. 

ENERGY is a LEVEL 3 class. This high ENERGY class requires experience, power, and stamina. We will increase your heart rate and strength by incorporating various props, including the jumpboard. Be prepared to work your entire body. *Not intended for people with injuries, recent surgery or that are pregnant. Please contact the studio if you have any questions.
