GROUP REFORMER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

REFORMER 1 (BEGINNER) This class is designed for beginners, people who are just getting back into Pilates, and individuals that require special attention due to physical challenges. We will focus on alignment, stretching and strengthening, while still giving you the results that Pilates is known for. You will move at a slower pace while still improving your core strength, flexibility, and balance. 

REFORMER 2 (INTERMEDIATE) This class is designed for anyone who has confidently completed at least 5 Level 1 group reformer classes. In this class the focus will be on balance and overall core strength. This head to toe class will leave you feeling energized and powerful. 

REFORMER 3 (ADVANCED*) This class moves at a faster pace and is designed for the experienced Pilates student who loves the feeling of power and strength. This class is for those who prefer a more athletic and challenging workout on the reformer. To give you the full body burn, we will use various props (jumpboard, weights, bands, and balls) in this class.

*Not intended for those who have/had cardio and/or pulmonary issues, have/had recent knee/hip/ankle/foot/wrist/hand/elbow/shoulder/spinal injuries or any surgeries, and those that are more than 12 weeks pregnant. 

REFORMER 4 (CARDIO JUMPBOARD*) This high energy class requires experience, power, and stamina. We will increase your heart rate and strength by incorporating various props, including the jumpboard. Be prepared to work your entire body.
